About Us

Following many years of saying how nice it would be to have our own place, where we could choose everything to how we wanted to play pool, we finally took the plunge and on 23rd July 2019 and began the creation of Elite 8 Ball Ltd.

Three month’s later we opened the doors of Elite 8 Ball lounge in Banbury Oxfordshire.

Then disaster struck the planet with the COVID-19 pandemic and we were forced to close our club on March 20th 2020 along with many other businesses.

We were determined that we would do whatever it took to reopen and finally after more than three months, the doors reopened on 4th July 2020.

But Covid-19 hadn’t gone away and 4th November saw us closing up again  due to government restrictions.

Following a very long six months of lockdown for the hospitality industries we reopened again on 17 May 2021.

Now we are planning on the next leap forward with a new bigger venue for 2024, so watch this space for news.

Well as we promised 2024 would see us upgrade our facilities, we moved to Banbury High Street on the 18th October. increasing to seven tables and two dart oche’s along with plenty of seating for just enjoying a drink and the atmosphere.
